About the event

Animal flow is a ground based practice that focuses on strength, flexibility, mobility and continuous, fluid multi planar movement whilst staying coordinated. 

This workshop will introduce you to a selection of level 1 Animal Flow moves including regressions, progressions and variations for all skill levels. We will explore how and when to use each movement individually and then create a sequence that links them into a flow. 

Get ready to rumble in the jungle... Animal Flow style!!!
