About This Class

Relax & unwind in our full spectrum infrared sauna. Benefits include detoxification, reduced muscle soreness, improved circulation, skin rejuvenation, better sleep, stable energy, and increased focus. Free for members, this service gives you access to a 45 minute private sauna session located within the Male and Female change rooms. Please bring your own towel, bathing suit, and water bottle. Towels are also available for hire at the studio. You must arrive 10 minutes prior to your sauna booking start time. Please note all sauna appointments are self managed, you will need to enter via the Pilates entrance door and go up in the lift, walk through the studio and head downstairs to the sauna. Pilates classes start on the hour and you will not be allowed through once class begins, in order to avoid disappointment please arrive 10 minutes prior to your sauna booking start time, if the door is locked the teacher will come down to open it after the class finishes.
