About This Class

A yin and yang experience, yoga Slow Flow classes carve flow through a voluptuous sequence that melts the body open with slow and mindful movement. The pace is meditative, emphasising connected breathing to promote peace and calm in body and mind. Move from pose to counter pose with longer, deeper holds, creating a full-spectrum practice that will leave you feeling centered and relaxed. Yoga Slow Flow is suitable for intermediate students, including pregnant students with a regular practice. If you are newer to yoga we recommend getting confident with our Essentials Classes prior to attending Slow Flow. Studio Location: Yoga Studio 2 (40 Hall Street, Bondi Beach)
