MY OTHER SERVICES

I teach Pilates one on one classes with strength focus using mat, reformer and wunda chair and weights.

SHORT BIO

I love Pilates because of the injuries I’ve personally had, and I wanted to learn about rehabilitation. I continue to teach pilates because I love that daily movement can totally change your day and life for the better. Pilates is such an effective tool for fitness, longevity, rehabilitation and overall health.

MORE ABOUT ME

Courtenay's classes are dynamic, challenging and strong; using a mix of both contemporary and traditional styles. Classes are focused on alignment, flow, breath, and fun. Participants are given a full workout and leave feeling empowered. Courtenay is a Stott Pilates trained Instructor, as well as long time passionate Yogi. Movement has always been an important part of her life. After beginning Pilates training herself for rehab, due to experiencing multiple injuries (and having 4 babies), Courtenay fell head over heels in love with Reformer Pilates for its mindful movement, effective strength building, and ability to fine tune and rehabilitate muscle imbalance and injury. She has completed formal trainings with Stott Pilates Instructor Trainers Wayne Seeto and Chael Hilton, and Yoga Educators Duncan Peak, Emee Dillon, Keenan Crisp, Sol Ulbrich and Adam Whiting. When Courtenay is not doing Pilates, or Yoga, she's probably perfecting a recipe for a healthy chocolate tart.
