I feel we live in a culture that does not always prioritise the importance of mindfulness and movement. I enjoy helping people to take the time from their busy schedules to move, be present, and focus through brining different sequences and exercises to each class. It’s an opportunity to park the outside world for 50 min and connect with themselves, their bodies and their minds.
