SHORT BIO

I am passionate about moving your body for health. I can see how my 30+ years of yoga practice and more recently Pilates have kept me supple and strong and calm in the midst of life’s crazy curve balls. I want to share with others the opportunity to better their physical, emotional and mental health through practices that will support you for life.

MORE ABOUT ME

My yoga classes are great for beginners to intermediate students - slow and strong with a focus on alignment, breath and embodiment.  I believe movement is medicine a chance to shift and strengthen our energy body as we calm and soothe the mind There are always options provided to do less on those lower energy days too. My Pilates classes are upbeat and energetic with a healthy dose of challenging  routines that seek to work a variety of muscle groups as you tone, strengthen and lengthen.  I specialise in pre and post natal so I’m always happy to offer modifications for students to practice safely due to pregnancy, postnatal or injury.
