Matcha Breakfast Bowl by Teresa Cutter aka The Healthy Chef

This is a very grounding smoothie, rich in minerals such as potassium, calcium, and magnesium to support healthy bones and the nervous system.

Matcha is rich in L-theanine which naturally supports relaxation, concentration and wellbeing.

1 ripe frozen banana

1 cup coconut water1 teaspoon tahini1 tablespoon Healthy Chef protein

1/2 teaspoon Organic Matcha Green TeaHandful baby spinach leaves1 kiwi fruit1 tablespoon bee pollenIce to blend

METHOD

COMBINE banana, coconut water, tahini, protein, Organic Matcha, spinach and ice into a high-performance blender.

BLEND until smooth and creamy.

POUR into a serving bowl.

GARNISH with sliced kiwi fruit and bee pollen.
