Raspberry & Coconut Glow Bowl by Jessica Sepel

  1. 1/2 banana, frozen

  2. 1/2 cup almond milk

  3. 1/2 cup frozen raspberries

  4. 5-6 ice cubes

  5. 1 tbsp chia seeds

  6. 1 tbsp nut butter

  7. 2 heaped tbsp coconut yoghurt

  8. Strawberries, granola, nuts and seeds, to topMethod:

  9. Add banana, almond milk, raspberries, ice cubes, chia seeds, nut butter and coconut yoghurt to a high-speed blender and blend until smooth.
